1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mindboo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Mindboo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Service. You're responsible for making sure your use of Mindboo is legally permitted wherever you are.

3. Description of Service

Mindboo is a competitive entertainment game featuring fast-paced mental challenges, rankings, leaderboards, multiplayer experiences, AI-assisted gameplay, and premium content.

Mindboo is provided solely for entertainment purposes. It does not diagnose, treat, evaluate, improve, or measure intelligence, cognitive ability, mental health, educational aptitude, professional competence, or any medical or psychological condition.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain arenas and features. You're responsible for:

• Maintaining your account's security
• Protecting your login credentials
• Activities occurring under your account
• Providing accurate information

You agree not to share or transfer your account to anyone else.

5. Fair Play Policy

The arena only means something if it's fair. Users may not:

• Cheat or manipulate gameplay
• Use bots, automation tools, scripts, or exploits
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Modify application code
• Falsify scores or rankings
• Abuse bugs or vulnerabilities

Mindboo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reset, remove, or permanently terminate accounts involved in any of the above.

6. Leaderboards & Rankings

Mindboo may display public rankings, scores, records, country rankings, challenge results, and competitive standings. These exist purely for entertainment and don't represent scientific measurements or professional evaluations.

Mindboo reserves the right to review, recalculate, invalidate, adjust, or remove any score or ranking at its discretion.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Certain gameplay experiences — opponents, simulations, recommendations, rankings, or challenge elements — may be generated, assisted, or enhanced by artificial intelligence systems, including AI Clone and Shadow Challenge features.

Mindboo doesn't guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

8. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Mindboo may offer premium features, subscriptions, Elite Pass memberships, virtual rewards, and other paid content.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable platform provider. All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made (the App Store or Google Play).

9. Virtual Items

Virtual rewards, achievements, rankings, points, badges, and digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Mindboo.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, game mechanics, challenges, graphics, logos, audio, voiceovers, content, and trademarks — remain the exclusive property of Mindboo and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

11. Health & Safety Disclaimer

If you experience discomfort, dizziness, headaches, eye strain, fatigue, or other adverse effects, discontinue use immediately. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Service Availability

Mindboo may modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or remove any portion of the Service at any time without prior notice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindboo shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of rankings
• Loss of virtual items
• Service interruptions
• Device incompatibility
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Termination

Mindboo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated, or if necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
